Wonderful Day at the NC Zoo
I spent a beautiful day at the North Carolina Zoo with my niece. The animals were awesome, the weather was nearly perfect (just a little chill in the air) and of course, any day I get to spend with my niece is bound to be fabulous!
While all of the zoo animals were amazing, the baby chimpanzee absolutely stole our hearts. Watching this little one frolic and play with the adult chimps was just so adorable. From simple tumbling and running about to what truly looked like a game of hide and seek, this little chimp and her buddies definitely entertained.
I highly suggest you take a day to visit the zoo if you are anywhere in the vicinity. It is well worth your time. Here’s a link to the zoo’s website in case you would like to plan your visit.
